Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps in processes, and proposing suitable solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects in accordance with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ready work at office in Malaysia

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel

Have excellent communication skill in English or Bahasa Melayu
