Key Responsibilities
Accounts Duties
- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Support payroll processing and statutory submissions when required
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Administrative Duties
- Manage general office administration and documentation
- Maintain employee records and company files
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
- Handle correspondence, emails, and office supplies procurement
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Good organizational and time management skills
