Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Admin Executive.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, which involve generating quotations, processing invoices and payments, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements of the Company.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Daily cashbook update.
- Verify sales commissions and incentives.
- Work with Malaysia's accounts assistant to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
- Fully in charge of general administrative functions, including office administration, IT equipment, and answering company calls.
- In charge of business trip arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting and admin support roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
