Key Responsibility
1. Administrative Duties
- Handle daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital)
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Assist in HR-related admin tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding support)
2. Accounting & Finance Tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping (data entry, record keeping)
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Track expenses and prepare simple financial reports
- Assist in monthly closing and audit preparation
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, or tax agents
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge (double entry, invoices, etc.)
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, QuickBooks, or Excel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Basic E-invoicing
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads can be considered)
