Job Description:

  • Providing support to the Finance Department in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field especially in handling and managing account administration. Preferably those who worked in fast paced environment.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to support
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
