Providing support to the Finance Department in duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field especially in handling and managing account administration. Preferably those who worked in fast paced environment.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to support
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
