Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Assistant based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including maintaining records, handling petty cash, managing credit control, and assisting with financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Accounting and Finance skills, including general ledger management and financial reporting
  • Credit Control and Petty Cash management experience
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous
