Position Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Finance Department in managing accounts receivable and overall accounting functions. This role requires strong numerical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced media advertising agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client billing accounts
- Perform 3rd party matching
- Monthly vendor reconciliation report
- AR Collection
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly Media spending + WIP reports
- Monthly trading deal tracker & pacing report
- SST computation + Audit
- Assist on E-invoicing
- Adhoc Local & Regional/ Global reporting
- Assist the team on yearly audit and clients audit
Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or account administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a sense of urgency in responding to tasks.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required.
