Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Need some knowledge of doing full set accounts such as Account Payable, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and other accounting functions
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation, and filling to support all accounting entries.
Issue stock transfer, stock issue & stock received for the in and out inventory and also create stock code. Need some knowledge on inventories movement
  • Issue delivery order, invoice and purchase order
To ensure proper filling invoice, purchase orders, supplier invoices and other documentation are up to date.
  • Able to complete the ad-hoc assignments by Management from time to time.


  • Requirement :
Can start work immediately is an added advantage
  • Possess diploma in Business Administration or other related field
Able to use Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level
  • Able to use Autocount is an added advantage
Possess sense of responsibility, commitment to work and teamwork
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
Good communication skills
  • Able to speak, read and write Bahasa/English
Able to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
