Job Description

ACCOUNTING CUM HR PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

Location: Skudai, Johor.
  • Job Description

Handle full set of accounts and responsible for timely preparation of financial analysis reports in accordance with financial standards and government regulations

Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, customer and supplier ageing summary

Calculate and prepare Profit & Loss report for each client

Yearly financial budget preparation and monitoring of collections and payments

Follow up on customer overdue payments and credit control

Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers or other third parties

Preparation of companies annual Form E, Form EA and tax returns

Handle the Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Book, and posting of General Journal transactions into the accounting system

Compilation and submission of all supplier invoices and liaise with suppliers on any Account Payable issues

Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc. Provide efficient day to day HR & Admin support

Update employee database (HR System), monthly attendance & leave application, medical claims, and absenteeism

Prepare HR related forms, issue memo and letters

To compile data and statistical information on office expenditure

To assist in office administration such as rental payment, prepare expenses vouchers etc.

Deal with government and statutory bodies such as IRB, local council, TNB, PBA, land office, etc.

Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary
  • Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA qualification

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures & computer literate

Organized, good analytical skills and able to work independently to meet tight timelines

Able to work overtime for urgent tasks

Applicants should possess their own transport and able to travel to run local errands and administrative works as needed

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage

Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage
