Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and management reports

Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions

Preparation and updating cash flow daily as well as performing bank reconciliation

Handle treasury function and cashflow management

To prepare annual budget and forecast

Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department

Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management

Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and others.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Part Professional qualification.

At least 2 year(s) of related working experience in property development industry.

Able to speak English, Chinese and Malay.

Able to handle full set of accounts.

Staying not more than 20KM from the company.

Knowledge of IFCA accounting software.
