To maintain the accounting records in compliance with accounting standards
Ensure timely statutory compliance
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and reporting and financial analysis
Prepare inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation, loan reconciliation and receivable reconciliation
Filing and keeping track of documents;
Preparation of taxation computation and revision
Preparation audit and statutory financial statement on time including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, inventory listing, Notes to Accounts and reconciliation and etc.
To liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, government and other professional bodies.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution
At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
Detailed with excellent problem solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline
Knowledge in Property365 system will be an added advantage
Well verse in Microsoft Office software, knowledge of full set of accounts and company tax
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal & written
Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
Ability to build good relationship internally and externally
Multi-tasking is expected.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
