TSL Legal is in association with PDLegal LLC, a full-service regional law firm based in Singapore. In 2023, PDLegal LLC set up an office in Bangkok and in 2024, PDLegal LLC entered into a Formal Law Alliance (FLA) with the Singapore office of international law firm Hill Dickinson. The FLA, known as Hill Dickinson PDLegal Alliance, is able to provide a one-stop seamless platform for clients whenever they require advice on multi-jurisdictional matters involving Singapore law.
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Head of Accounts to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general accounting tasks and related functions.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a bonus
- Generate and process e-invoices for clients in compliance with regulatory requirements for e-invoicing.
- Review and verify invoice details, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and client information.
- Accurately input financial data into the Accounting System, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions.
- Maintain and organize digital records of all issued invoices, payments, and related documents in accounting filing systems.
- Support the preparation of Accounts Payable, including processing monthly payroll and statutory contributions/deductions.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable functions, including client billing, preparation of statements of accounts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as LHDN, Customs (SST), EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Bar Council, and others.
- Support the renewal of annual licenses and certificates, including lawyers practicing certificates, and manage periodical payments and subscriptions.
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Accounts / Finance Executive or Manager, or similar role, experience in a law firm is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
- Experience with e-invoicing system is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
