Accounts Executive (Remote)

Role Overview

A Singapore-based law firm is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Singapore accounting, tax, payroll, and statutory compliance. This role is suitable for someone who can work independently and confidently manage accounting matters for Singapore entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and full/partial sets of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and XBRL submissions.
• Prepare Singapore corporate tax filings and IRAS filing annual return.
• Process monthly payroll and prepare payslips.
• Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant parties when required.

Requirements:

• *6-8 years of relevant experience* prior experience handling Singapore-based accounts is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, IRAS, ACRA, XBRL, payroll, and CPF.
• Experience in Audit (preferred) & Accountant field.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Due to frequent liaison with Chinese-speaking clients, there is a need to be able to converse in Mandarin effectively.

Salary: MYR 5,000 – 7,000/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
