Job Description

Job Description

  • Verify seafarer contracts, movements & bank details updated in Crew Management Software.
  • Processing monthly/final wages & payments to seafarer using Crew Payroll Software (auto-interface to SAP).
  • Processing monthly statutory contributions for seafarer.
  • Processing Cash to Master payments and register its accounting entries into SAP.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of crew control accounts.
  • Yearly submission of employers income tax returns IR8A for seafarer.
  • Liaise with Business Units on operation matters.
  • Involve in other ad-hoc process improvement projects.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in SAP/payroll will be added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and detail oriented
