Accounts Payable Executive

Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports and statements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
