Accounts Payable (Shared Service)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our Shared Services team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Verify invoices and ensure proper approval before payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
