Job Description

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Analyst (Bahasa Indonesia) should have:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and customer service principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
