Job Description
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Analyst (Bahasa Indonesia) should have:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and customer service principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
