UCT is looking for a talented
Accounts Receivable Specialist to join us in
Malaysia!
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- To convert works order to Ready to invoice in PartSmart and Batching in Workbench
- Extract/batch work orders including reconciling to info provided by customer service/ billing support teams
- Ensure invoices are issued in timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with external customers, mainly seeking approval before billing
- Update global billing support team on invoices issued if necessary
- Send invoices to customers through customers portals and other modes
- Working with global internal customers to improve billing process and meeting month-end close deadline
- Any other duties assigned
Educational/Certification Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Global / regional exposure preferred
- Understanding of accounting software. SAP experience preferred.
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Well versed in MS excel
