Job Responsibilities

Ensure projects are carried out on time, within budget, and with excellent quality.
Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be executed effectively.
Handle project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site, with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
Responsible for site supervision and implementation.
Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices are always adhered to.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
Ability to read and use AutoCAD drawings.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
