Job Summary

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on air-conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring safety compliance and accurate service documentation while responding to client complaints and troubleshooting issues on site.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on ACMV equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity
Follow all safety procedures strictly during maintenance and repair tasks to maintain a safe work environment
Document service reports accurately for all maintenance and repair activities to support quality tracking
Respond promptly to complaints related to building air-conditioning and ventilation systems to resolve issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues on site to restore system functionality quickly
Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned to support team operations and client satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 8 years of experience servicing single/multi split units and VRV systems, demonstrating technical proficiency
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver's License to travel to various job sites safely and legally
