What will you be doing

This is a full-time remote role for an Ad Strategist. As an Ad Strategist, you will oversee paid ad campaigns, and monitor advertising performance across multiple platforms in collaboration with the Ad Operations (Media Buy) team. You will collaborate with clients to identify their goals, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and provide in-depth performance analysis and actionable insights to enhance their lead generation efforts.

This includes

  • Owning the messaging aspect of ad creation (creating creative briefs, ad copy, experimenting with different ad angles).
  • Delivering holistic, full-funnel, hypothesis-based paid media strategies with strong supporting rationale and data.
  • Oversee paid media execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other high-potential platforms (eg. Shopee/ Bing / Linkedin/ Tiktok). This looks like continuously testing, iterating on creative and messaging angles, and working closely with our Ad Ops team, audience targeting, and bidding strategy, and our designer on creatives.
  • Build successful client relationships by aligning our work to the client's business goals, and streamlining processes between internal and client teams to ensure long-term success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends (eg. Ad/social media trends, incorporate AI-driven marketing tools into paid media strategy.)
  • Crafting ad messaging for Meta/ Google Ads - Telling a compelling story that speaks to the target audience, rather than simply focusing on selling points
  • Collaborating with media buyers to generate performance reports, presenting and answering client questions comfortably in English.

Who you are

  • You have planned, executed, and managed PPC campaigns that have delivered positive growth in traffic and conversions for the client - and are comfortable working in a small team.
  • You have working experience with Ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Platform are a must) and min 3+ years working in PPC.
  • You have working proficiency in English and creating reports, presenting, and answering client questions comfortably in English.
  • Strong creative sensibility and tasteyou don't need to be a designer, but you should understand what makes great ads and great branding work.
  • You have an eye for user-friendly web design, familiar with landing page best practices and can come up with recommendations that improve conversion rates.
  • You are comfortable managing PPC across a range of business categories (B2C, B2B) and implementing feedback from clients and teammates.
  • You have been responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting the impact of PPC against established business goals.
  • You have resolved difficult stakeholder situations, kept priorities organised and objectives aligned, and consistently received buy-in for strategic proposals and deliverables.
  • You are fluent in the latest social media trends and know when to appropriately incorporate them as ideas for the right client and target audience.
  • You are proactive in finding things out independently, and are comfortable with a fast pace of work.
