We are seeking a seasoned Support Executive / Technical Lead specializing in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) to join our team in Penang. This is a high-impact, on-site role where you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business operations, specifically supporting warehouse and shipping functions within an Oracle EBS R12 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site Production Support: Provide direct support for warehouse and shipping operations from the customer location.
- Incident Management: Resolve technical tickets created by end-users using ITIL tools.
- Business Guidance: Act as a technical subject matter expert to guide the business through daily operational challenges in their shipping workflows.
- Project Collaboration: Report directly to the Project Manager to ensure high-quality delivery for finance and supply chain business units.
Technical Requirements
- Primary Skills: Extensive experience in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) specifically within Oracle EBS R12.
- Core EBS Tech Stack: Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, and Reports.
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 functional areas, including Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain processes within the Oracle R12 ecosystem.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS technical and functional roles.
- Communication: Exceptional analytical, presentation, and client-interaction skills.
- Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have): * Experience with Oracle Warehouse Management implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL support processes.
- Previous experience working directly at customer premises
