We are looking for a senior Functional Lead to provide onsite production support for our warehouse and shipping operations in Penang. This role is critical for ensuring the stability of our Oracle EBS R12 environment, specifically supporting the finance and supply chain business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Onsite Support: Work directly from the customer location to support daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Ticket Management: Use ITIL tools to manage and resolve complex technical and functional issues raised by end-users.
- Business Consultation: Act as a key advisor to the business team, guiding them through day-to-day operational challenges and system optimizations.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with the TCS Project Manager and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Expertise: Extensive experience in Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) within Oracle EBS R12.
- Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Order Management (OM) and Inventory Management modules.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on ability in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, and Reports to troubleshoot system issues.
- Supply Chain Mastery: Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes in an R12 environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle WMS implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL support processes.
