Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing department. This role involves administrative tasks, marketing coordination, customer engagement, and assisting the team in achieving business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and marketing presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with clients
  • Support in organising events, roadshows, and trade exhibitions
  • Prepare sales reports, performance tracking, and documentation
  • Handle basic inquiries from customers and redirect to the relevant team
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts and website updates
  • Work closely with external vendors, designers, and printers when needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
