Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing department. This role involves administrative tasks, marketing coordination, customer engagement, and assisting the team in achieving business development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and marketing presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with clients
- Support in organising events, roadshows, and trade exhibitions
- Prepare sales reports, performance tracking, and documentation
- Handle basic inquiries from customers and redirect to the relevant team
- Monitor and manage social media accounts and website updates
- Work closely with external vendors, designers, and printers when needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
