Admin Assistant (6-months maternity cover)

We're the team helping Arnott's win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott's Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region. We're behind brands found in real kitchens and real snack drawers, from Campbell's and Prego to Kimball & Cheong Chan, plus Swanson, GoodTime, and Nyam Nyam. This role will be based in Campbell Cheong Chan, Petaling Jaya

What you'll be doing

• Document and Data Management:Prepare, organize and maintain technical documents, project reports, engineering logs, and compliance records.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule team meetings, arrange travel, and coordinate contractor or vendor visits.
• Inventory and Supplies: Track inventory levels for tools and technical parts together with Storekeeper, process purchase orders and handle deliveries.
• Communication: Answer department calls, direct inquiries to the correct engineers, and manage internal correspondence.
• Maintenance budget: Manage maintenance budget and track monthly spending in coordination with Finance team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency Software Use: Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with technical staff and clients.
• Organizational Ability: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work orders and logistical tasks at once.
