Customer Service Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle customer enquiries, support daily operations, and ensure every customer has a great experience with us.
Jobscope
- Attend to customer calls, messages, and emails handle orders, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer details accurately in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues or orders are resolved smoothly.
- Work closely with internal teams to solve problems and provide timely updates.
- Prepare simple reports and assist with admin or support tasks when needed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service fresh grads are welcome too!
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Can start work immediately is a plus!
