Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate stock movements between branches and vendors, ensuring accurate communication and tracking.
  • Assist with subsidy payments to contributors and help process reimbursement claims for subsidies and transportation expenses.
  • Support weekly payment activities, such as preparing and verifying campaign payments to members.
  • Check and update warranty data, identifying invalid customer information and notifying users through chat, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Conduct surveys to gather and analyze user feedback on company rewards, mobile apps, and redemption items.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries based on findings to help improve internal processes and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
  • Independent, self motivated, positive attitude and committed to achieve team goals
