Job Description

1) Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2) Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
3) Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
4) Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
5) Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
6) Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
7) Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
8) Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and equipment.
9) Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
10) Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
11) Assist with special projects and provide support to other team members as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
