Job Description

Responsibilities and Authorities:
  • Admin
Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries.
  • Keep track of and maintain company assets and infrastructures; maintain office environment.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements for management and employees.


  • Performance Management:
Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
  • Prepare and submit performance management reports to Account & Admin Assistant.
Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

  • Quality Management System:
Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Implement improvement in Finance & Account department.
Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties requirements.
  • Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Account department.


  • Education, Experience and Skill Requirements


  • Education
Certificate/Diploma in administrative management, business management or related.
  • Experience
1 years of working experience in administrative or any related field
  • Skill
Accounting.
  • Mathematical skill.
Administration.
  • Communication.
Problem solving.
  • Statistical analysis.
Customer focus.
  • Organizing and time management.
Collaboration and team work.
