Responsibilities and Authorities: Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries.
- Keep track of and maintain company assets and infrastructures; maintain office environment.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.- Organize travel arrangements for management and employees.
Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.- Prepare and submit performance management reports to Account & Admin Assistant.
Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.
- Quality Management System:
Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
- Implement improvement in Finance & Account department.
Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties requirements.- Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Account department.
- Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in administrative management, business management or related.
1 years of working experience in administrative or any related field
Accounting.
Administration. Problem solving.
Customer focus.- Organizing and time management.
Collaboration and team work.
