Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for streamlined access and retrieval.
  • Input and update records in databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process and manage forms, invoices, and administrative paperwork.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events, including venue booking and logistics.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with administrative policies.
  • Support the creation, update, and maintenance of QMS-related documents (e.g. policies, procedures, work instructions).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in filing systems and document control.
  • Knowledge of general office administration and exposure to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) is an advantage.
