Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Delivery Order and Invoice Issuing
  • Documentation Filling
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Guide maid for internal tasking.
  • Responsible for inventory management and checking, receiving order, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education - SPM/STPM level. Diploma holder is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good working attitude, and professional appearance
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferences will be given to candidates who can communicate in Mandarin.
  • Basic Computer knowledge is preferred
