To monitor and coordinate scheduling for new installation.
To organize order form and generate Sales Order for all new order received.
To liaise with salesperson or customer for installation appointment.
To coordinate with technician on daily installation job, to ensure job completed timely and accurate payment received from technician.
To issue necessary documentation for all new and existing installation or services complaints (Invoice/DO/Job Sheet).
To ensure payment received match with the invoice issued before submit to Accounts Department (D/O marking after job done).
To liaise with branches or showroom admin on the inter-branch arrangement (stock transfer/installation).
To handle customer enquires via incoming calls, emails and walk-in.
Able to attend to customer complaints by providing technical support over the phone/emails (troubleshooting before escalating to technical team).
To monitor on the returned stock by technician and issue Goods Returned Note (GRN) to be submitted to warehouse.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
At least 1 years of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support.
Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin.
Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
