Job description:
As an Admin/Data Entry Assistant, you will support the merchandising teams with daily operational and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining accurate records, updating product listings, and coordinating inventory data.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand, analyze, execute and seen as an expert in administration processes. Deliver information based on system/data analysis which help on decision making process.
- Work cross functionally with sales and merchandising to executein deliverables on time in full, capturing & chasing product ensuring a full assortment going into door with highest fulfilment rate.
- Support and develop in merchandising processes and strategies.
- Compile and analyze in sales reporting
- Lead/drive and influence problem solving activities (data gathering, root cause analysis and potential solutions).
- Responsible for vendors inquiries via applicable channels, email or phone call.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to command in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Sales or Buying and Merchandising exposure would be an added advantage.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point would be an added advantage.
- Familiar in POS System would be an added advantage.
