Admin Executive
Adecco is hiring for a dynamic global insurance brokerage and advisory firm company in Kuala Lumpur as a full time Admin Executive for a few department. Below are the breakdown:
Available Admin Roles:
- New Business Support (Hong Kong) - must be able to speak and write Cantonese.
- New Business Support (Singapore)
- Policy Illustration & Support Preferably extroverted fresh graduates, must be able to speak and write Mandarin
- Policy Administration (Backend) Manage Taiwan, China, Dubai, US, and Switzerland.
New Business Support (presales) Job Description:
- Work with New Business team to arrange medical booking, documentation preparation and information transposal to documentation.
- Support New Business team and Consultants with meeting/medical arrangements, new and ongoing application documentation and policy delivery
- Submission of application documentation to insurance companies
- Ensure that the sales operations process is adhered, update system on the pipeline and ensure that the necessary activities & documentation including sales meeting logs are updated in the systems
- Ensure client documentations are complete, aligned and satisfied with internal and insurance company compliance and due diligence
- Manage and bring all the cases under care into completion (includes prompt follow-up / negotiation with insurers / underwriters)
- Prepare specific client's power point presentation and product comparison for client's meeting.
Policy Illustration & Support Job Description:
- Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of premium notice to clients
- Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of policy annual review package to clients
- Ensure post annual review meetings/ status are updated in the system
- Obtain & update quarterly & annual cash values in the system
- Prepare specific client's presentation and policy comparison for client's meeting
- Communicate with several parties e.g. clients, bankers and insurers to ensure effective transfer of required data/documents
Your Skills
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Min 1-2 years of administration, customer service or relationship management experience preferably in insurance, finance or banking industry
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Good people / relationship skill with colleagues, and Consultants
- Ability to multitask and work under extreme deadlines
- Good functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
- Good interpersonal skill and working closely with colleagues and Consultants to improve inception ratio
- Able to build appropriate rapport & use diplomacy and tact
- Highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work
- Effectively cope with changes
