Job Description

  • Oil & Gas - Petroleum Chemical Industry
  • Work location : Cheras, Alam Damai
  • 5 working days / Week Job
  • Working hour 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain proper filing system.
  • Tracking of project documentation.
  • Manage project’s Vendor Document Master List.
  • Compilation of final documentation and submission to client.
  • Handle quotation to client.
  • Provide sales support.
  • Reporting to Project Manager

Job Requirement :

  • SPM/Diploma
  • Preferably with working experience in administrative/ sales support/ sales coordination / sales administration related.
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess own transport and willing to work at Alam Damai, Cheras
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

School Certificate / N or O-Level, Diploma
