Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin, Executive Finance (Mandarin Speaker), located in Taman Melawati. The role involves performing executive administrative assistance, managing daily operations, supporting financial and general administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication. You will work closely with leadership, manage schedules, handle documentation, and assist in maintaining operational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in General Administration and operational support
• Fluency in Mandarin is required and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
