Basic salary upto RM3000

2-5 years working experience in Production

Job description

  • To coordinate with LUAS on the monthly report and payment and prepare the daily water consumption report.
  • To ensure LUAS license is renewed every 3 months.
  • To coordinate on renewal of license with Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB), follow up on renewal of RPO license and other matters related to AELB.
  • Document Controller for MS ISO 9001 : 2015 and Assistant Document Controller for FSC.
  • To circulate and coordinate on Customer Complaint Form (CCF) and ensure documents are followed up in proper manner.
  • To circulate Safety / Accident report to all respective HODs.
  • To assist in all administrative matters including filing, distribution and circulating of reports relating to Production and to assist in claims from Production Management team.
  • To carry out any adhoc duties assigned by Heads of Department.

Job requirement

  • Diploma in any field
  • Working location in KAJANG
  • Preferably 2 - 5 years of related experience ( Admin Executive - Required office administration or facility management experience)
  • Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • 2 vacancies available
