Job Description

Job Responsibility

Purchasing

  • Assist in sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotes and compare prices for cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials.

Administration

  • Perform general office administration tasks, such as maintaining records and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the project and operations teams as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant work experience in purchasing or administration will be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and procurement processes; knowledge of construction materials is a plus.
