About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Admin & Finance Executive to keep our internal operations running smoothly. This person will play a crucial role in handling finance processes, supporting our hiring pipeline, and keeping us compliant as we scale. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure all things admin, HR, and finance are in check.
This is the glue-role for our creative, fast-paced teamperfect for someone who's highly organised, loves numbers and spreadsheets, and wants to be part of a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company accounts and financial records
Manage monthly payroll, statutory submissions, and employee reimbursements
Track and manage company operating expenses
Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
Process employee claims and ensure timely documentation
Assist in HR documentation and onboarding admin
Prepare for upcoming e-invoicing implementation
Work closely with external accountants, vendors, and service providers
General admin duties (filing, contract tracking, scheduling)
Must-Have Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in admin, finance, or HR support roles
Education in Accounting.
Familiar with basic accounting processes and payroll systems
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Strong communication skills (you'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders)
Experience with Malaysian statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
Familiar with e-invoicing systems or previous exposure to implementation
Bonus Points:
Background working in startups or fast-paced creative teams
Familiarity with finance software (Xero)
