Job Description

REQUIREMENT

-Diploma holder in relevant fields

-Preferable candidates with 2 years related working experiences

  • JOB SCOPE

-Perform general administrative duties including answer incoming calls, sorting emails, greet and assist visitors

-Assist in HR & administrative tasks such as upkeep facilities and premises, hostel management, housekeeping and security force etc.

-Prepare related reports and ensure all documentations are up to date and filed properly

-Conduct or assist orientation and training sessions

-Ensure smooth communication with employees, attend and resolve their concerns

-Attend to emergency issues

-Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,200.00 per month
