Requirements:
  • Min. SPM
Being meticulous and detailed-oriented to maintain the accuracy in documents, record and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to speak Malay and English, Chinese will be additional bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
Maintain and update company databases and record
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Address and resolve administrative inquiries and issues
