What Youll Be Doing:
Case Review & Processing
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Review new case registrations and adjustments to ensure financial reserves are accurate.
- Verify supporting documents, assess reports, and provide recommendations for settlement.
- Conduct legal reviews and investigations when needed to ensure fair resolutions.
Payments
- ConductSanction Screeningson payee details before processing payments.
- Create account codes and assist in preparing payment requests.
- Review and verify supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
Recovery
- Identify cases eligible for recovery and initiate the process once approvals are given.
- Monitor outstanding recoveries and follow up where necessary.
- Work with the Credit Control team on reversals and payment issuances.
