Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Intern based in Petaling Jaya. The Admin Intern will support the daily administrative tasks, handle customer service inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating schedules, and providing general office support. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in administration and learn about the operations of a professional training provider.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Analytical Skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding or interest in Finance
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is advantageous
  • Pursuing or completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
