  • Provide administrative support to the service center team.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of appointments and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to service requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support. Have experience working in either a car or motorcycle service center.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry
  • Process: Have experience in creating processes and policies / SOP for a service center setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
