- Provide administrative support to the service center team.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of appointments and services.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to service requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support. Have experience working in either a car or motorcycle service center.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry
- Process: Have experience in creating processes and policies / SOP for a service center setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
