Manage agency employees attendance and reconciliation
Handle all agency-related matters
Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure headcount fulfilment can be met
Monitor, track, and review headcount fulfilment against targeted benchmarks and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
Maintain accurate and updated records for all trackers
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
