Job Description

Position : Administration / Clerical (General)

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Estimated End Date : 31 Dec 2026

Scope of Works:

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document processing.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking logs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documentation as required.
  • Ensure proper document control, filing, and version management in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing documents, and recording minutes when required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to obtain necessary information or documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending documents, approvals, and submissions to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support for procurement, timesheets, invoice processing, or other operational matters when required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement(s):


  • Possess at least a Diploma qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in clerical or administrative roles (experience in oil & gas industry is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of document control and administrative processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
