You play a critical role in supporting the business by ensuring efficient and professional execution of administrative functions.
What You'll Do
1. Office Administration & Governance
- Lead and manage office administrative functions including vendor coordination, documentation control, office supplies, and facilities management.
- Liaise with related department on office & plant maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance matters, and administrative-related purchasing.
2. Executive & Departmental Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to NS BlueScope Management Team.
- Manage logistics arrangement for leadership and project teams as required.
3. Meeting & Facilities Coordination
- Oversee booking, preparation, and setup of meeting rooms, equipment, and catering for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels office essentials.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure company administrative processes comply with corporate policies and local statutory requirements.
- Monitor and track contracts, leases, and service agreements and support recordkeeping for audits, health & safety, HR, and corporate governance requirements.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison point for internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to all Company's principles and policies.
What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in relationship & stakeholder management.
- Well verse is both Bahasa Malaysia and English language; written and verbal.
