RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle daily office administrative tasks (filing, document preparation, data entry)
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
* Maintain and organize records for smooth office operations
* Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
* Liaise professionally with clients, partners, and vendors
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum Diploma or SPM
* 1-2 years relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
* Must possess valid driving license & own transport
* Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and well-presented
* Must live near Bukit Damansara / within reasonable commuting distance
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to work independently
* Willing to work beyond regular hours if required
