Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle the translation of various business documents.
- Assist in daily administrative and documentation tasks.
- Support project and customer service teams with coordination and communication.
- Perform data entry, file management, and information sorting with accuracy.
- Assist in using collaboration tools (e.g., Feishu, WeChat Work) and data management boards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 12 years of working experience as an administrative assistant, clerk, or customer services support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay.
